We manage your guests & look after your property taking the hard work away, you can take a 'hands off' approach or be as involved as you like. Hello, I'm Rachel, founder of Host on the Coast. A local to the Frinton area, with over 15 years of hospitality and customer service experience.  We create your listings online using professional photographs to make your listing really pop. We handle all guest management, communication & reviews, aiming to get you super-host status as quickly as possible. Regular rate analysis & flexibility. 24 hour check in with a meet & greet service available & on call support to guests throughout their stay. Full 5 star laundry service & cleaning after each check out with your property checked & reset ready for your new guests arrival.

 Restock

We can restock the property ready for our new guests using our carefully selected sustainable premium products. We can provide Who gives a crap toilet rolls or refillable cleaning & bathroom products from FILL & SMOL, all without budging on quality. You really don't have to worry about anything, we've got it covered.

Welcome Hampers

We can offer a basic or luxury local hamper that can be included for guests' arrival to give them the 5* treatment (it's these things that guests love & will set you apart from the rest). We support the Tendring district community by only partnering with local trusted businesses.

 Concierge Services for guests
